2. Custom Design & Consignments
Customized jewelry briefs and bespoke CAD renderings are subject to separate approval coordinates:
- A minimum deposit of 30% of the estimated gold weight value is required before starting metal work.
- Bespoke designs cannot be fully refunded or exchanged once manufacturing has commenced.
- Slight structural variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces.
3. Savings Schemes & Purchase Plans
Participation in our purchase schemes (Ratna Plus, Lakshmi Plus, Nidhi, Smart Silver) is governed by specific rules:
- Installments must be paid consistently each month.
- Rate protection locking applies strictly to the day of monthly deposit coordinates.
- Scheme bonus contribution values are disbursed only upon full 11-month completion.
- Old gold exchanges under Nidhi are evaluated based on professional melting assays.
